Change is difficult. Even changing a floor can be
I suddenly lost my husband, Bob, in November. We had so many plans, including changing my bathroom floor and replacing the rug in my living room with hardwood floors.
John and Janet Searles of East Coast Flooring made the change so much easier. John, Janet and their staff were patient and kind during this difficult time.
When I changed my mind three times regarding the bathroom floor, they just listened and guided me along. The installers were also wonderful. They were informative, clean and friendly. I felt safe in the house when the installers were working.
I am thrilled to report the floors look amazing. The quality of the floor and the cost was better than I found while shopping. I highly recommend East Coast Flooring of Prospect. I know my husband would be thrilled with my decisions and happy I made new friends in John and Janet and staff of East Coast Flooring.
